Kourtney Kardashian keeps getting more fit and more fabulous every year! At age 39, the mother of three is dedicated to her diet and fitness plan. And although Kourtney is reputed to have replaced it (gluten-free foods, dairy-free, and intense workout sessions, are you kidding?), Kardashian has recently touted the merits of the low-ketone diet (ketone) carbohydrate and fat content.

Kourtney Kardashian explains why the keto diet is winning
Kardashian described the ketogenic diet as a "really positive experience," reported People. The weight loss plan, focused on reducing carbohydrates, increasing fat intake and consuming moderate amounts of protein, allowed Kourtney to reach his 98 kilogram figure. .
The little KUWTK The star started following a keto diet in 2017. She explained that she was considering returning to the diet because she felt it would benefit her body.
Kardashian eliminated carbohydrates such as beans and cereals. She increased her consumption of protein and vegetables.
Some of Kourtney's favorite foods are broccoli rice or cauliflower rice with chicken or fish. She also enjoyed avocados and salads with homemade vinaigrette.
A registered dietitian describes the goals of her diet
Cynthia Sass, a registered dietitian, said the goal of following the keto diet was a state of ketosis. In this state, Kourtney's body uses fat rather than carbohydrates as fuel.
Kardashian consumes about 75% to 90% of her calories from fat, 6% to 20% of protein and 2% to 5% of carbs when she is on a keto diet.
"After three or four days of ketogenic diet, carbohydrate stores, called glycogen, run out and ketosis sets in, resulting in weight loss and the appearance of a leaner physique," said Sass.
Kourtney Kardashian tries fasting and apple cider vinegar
In addition to the keto diet, Kourtney used cider vinegar, intermittent fasting and collagen protein powder to help him achieve his goals. She consulted with her doctor about her diet and urged others to follow her example by consulting a health professional before starting or changing her diet.
Sass agrees with Kardashian to speak with a doctor before trying a new diet. She also recommended changing the keto diet to include more carbohydrates.
"From my experience, moderation is usually the key to losing weight for good, optimizing health and leading a balanced and enjoyable life," added Sass.
