Ingredients used in Keto chocolate coffee fat bombs

Nature's Pecans Halves

NOW Best Organic Stevia Sweetener

My favorite brand of stevia – organic, without fillers, and does not have the bitter aftertaste that many brands of stevia have.

NuNaturals Dutch Process Organic Cocoa Powder

This cocoa powder is amazing! It has an intense chocolate flavor without the natural bitterness that is found in traditional cocoa powder.

Dr. Bronner White Core Virgin Coconut Oil

A coconut oil really fresh and tasty!

Other ingredients:

  • Instant coffee granules (I used the Kroger store brand, which I found more appealing than even Folgers Instant Coffee, Maxwell House or Taster's Choice!)

How to make Keto chocolate coffee bombs

These big bombs are super easy to do. You will combine all the ingredients except coconut oil in a food processor …

… give them some quick impulses, then add the coconut oil.

After that, beat your food processor for 1Β½ to 2 minutes, scraping the edges every 30 seconds, until you get a mix that you can turn into balls. (If your mixture is too sticky and does not hold well enough, you can quickly mix 1-2 tbsp of almond flour.)

The best method I found for rolling them into balls was to crush the mixture between the palms of the hands several times, then roll it into a ball. You will get 20 fat bombs from this recipe, which should go on a plate and in the fridge for at least 45 minutes. They are not really firm (they are soft fat bombs that melt in the mouth … yum!), But the time spent in the refrigerator facilitates the integration of flavors.

(Note: I would have liked you to feel the room when I had all this coffee on the table.) Amazing!)

Store them in the fridge and enjoy!

Caffeine content of Keto chocolate coffee fat bombs

This recipe uses 2 tbsp. At the table (8 g) instant coffee granules. According to the USDA, there is 57 mg of caffeine per 1.8 g of instant coffee. This means that the whole recipe contains 254 mg of caffeine or 12.7 mg of caffeine per big bomb. It's not enough caffeine to make you feel like you're at the top of the world (like drinking Keto Crack coffee), but it's a good stimulant!
