What type of food is this diet?

This challenge is based on the Keto diet that is low in car and high in fat. The basis of any meal is a high fat protein and a low carbohydrate vegetable. An example of this would be chicken legs and a mashed cauliflower side (which contains delicious cheese and bacon!).
