After a week of running all the submissions for the 90-day KetoDiet Challenge, we finally picked the five winners! As in all previous KetoDiet Challenges, choosing the winners has not been easy at all. In fact, so many others deserved to win so we included 30 bonus prizes.
Throughout this week, I will share the successes of our 5 winners. Today, we start with Jennifer, the big winner of our 90 day KetoDiet Challenge!

Jennifer's success story
I've struggled for my weight now for several years. Nothing seemed to work, diet or go to the gym for hours a day. It was only when I discovered the ketogenic diet that I really started losing weight once I changed my lifestyle.
When I discovered the ketogenic diet and the low carbohydrate and fat lifestyle, I decided that I was not going to dive head first, that I wanted to do it properly. During the first month, I did a lot of research and I went to the low carb, then to the full keto in April. Since then I have lost a total of 45 pounds and I was looking forward to this 90 day challenge because I have so much more than I would like to lose.
Why did you become a member?
I have joined this challenge to help keep me on track to lose more weight and start doing exercise.
What helped you stay on track?
Weight loss is addictive. I used to be addicted to food, do not get me wrong, I still consider myself a "gourmand", but that does not bring me the same level of consumption that I # 39; before. In addition, the simplicity of a ketogenic diet, once adapted, facilitates its maintenance and its health benefits outweigh the constant temptations of high carbohydrates and sugar delicacies in the world.

This has helped me keep track of my continued progress and keep my motivation to stay on a ketogenic lifestyle.
What are your favorite KetoDiet recipes?
The Keto Berry Mug Cake cake is by far one of my favorite recipes !!! I absolutely love it! I've also added berries and tweaked the recipe to match what I'm in the mood to do, so I like the ease with which it's easy to do that with this recipe. In addition, the Keto Zucchini Breakfast Hash is to die for! I like being able to do it for friends and non-keto family and they love it! I will also do it for dinner as a side and compliment it well with any!
During the 90-day KetoDiet Challenge, Jennifer lost nearly 30 pounds and 8% body fat!
