Summer is coming and it's time to start lighting the grill! When I think of barbecue, I also think of the cabbage salad.

Easy Cole Slaw - Keto and Low Carb

This is a very simple version that is low in carbohydrates and Keto friendly, but no one will know the difference!

It's creamy and tangy, this Keto-friendly, low-carb side dish takes literally less than 5 minutes!

How to make Keto Cole Slaw

ingredients

Mix 16 ounces of cabbage salad (with a small amount of carrots)

1/2 cup mayonnaise (see my recipe here)

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup thick cream

1 tablespoon swerve confectioners (or erythritol powder)

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons of cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon of celery salt

1/2 teaspoon of salt in garlic

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except the cabbage salad mixture, in a bowl and whisk together.

Add your cabbage mixture to a bowl large enough to mix and pour the vinaigrette on top.

Mix and serve or cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that the cabbage can absorb the flavors of the dressing.

Keep leftovers in the fridge for a few days.

  • 2 soup spoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon's mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt with garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

PREPARATION

  • Add all the ingredients except the cabbage salad mixture, in a mixing bowl and whisk together, until everything is well mixed.
