On the other hand, it does not seem to me that it is translated!

This book is an answer to the first (Low-Carbohydrate Living): because after the first book, athletes have all in hearts asked: okay, but what about us? This one is therefore much more in metabolic details, and explain why the ketogenic diet is more than any other for athletes, both in terms of performance than that of metabolism (recovery, muscle, etc.). Like the first, this book provides the practical details of setting up the diet: macronutrients, quantities, ideas and even recipes! Whether you are sports or not, I advise you to read the first one before reading this one!
