I caught a packet of boneless pork chops and fresh broccoli and I started mixing the ingredients to make this tender pork chop and broccoli. I was delighted with the result and everyone loved it.

What seasonings are used in this baked pork chop recipe?

Recipe of Keto Baked Pork Chops with a Broccoli Meal
If you're looking for a simple but tasty dinner tonight, you'll love Keto Oven Pork Chops. The pork chops are tender and tasty, and the broccoli cooked in the same pan, which allows cleaning in a jiffy.
- 8 boneless pork chops, cut in the center
- 4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
- 2 soup olive oil
- 1 soup Butter
- 1/2 Chopped off Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 Chopped off mozzarella cheese, grated
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 soup parsley
- 3/4 tea thyme
- 1/2 tea pink salt (or ordinary salt)
- 1/4 tea pepper
- 1 tea parsley (to garnish pork chops when cooked)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and chop fresh broccoli, then mop.
Cover the baking sheet (baking sheet format) with parchment paper or grease.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, parmesan and spices (except the second parsley at the bottom of the list of ingredients, reserved for sprinkling on pork chops).
Place the pork chops in the center of the baking sheet.
Brush the pork chops from one-third to one-half of the mixture of spices, oil, butter and parmesan cheese.
Pour the spice mixture remaining on the broccoli into a bowl and mix until it is well coated.
Place the broccoli all around the pork chops. The pan of leaves will look very full, but as the pork chops and broccoli cook, their size will decrease. Cover the pan with foil.
Bake for 5 minutes, then remove the foil and cook another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle pork chops with mozzarella cheese and turn broccoli over. Bake both sides evenly, then put back in the oven.
Continue cooking for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked. I use a meat thermometer because all the furnaces cook differently. The internal temperature should read 145 degrees.
Put the oven on the grill and place the dish on the upper shelf. Grill for 1-2 minutes for the mozzarella cheese to start bubbling and browning. Leave the oven door slightly ajar while broiling, as it helps foods to brown without steaming. Watch carefully for pork chops and broccoli that can burn quickly. Be especially careful when using parchment paper when broiling. Depending on your oven, grill temperatures can reach up to 550. As a general rule, I noticed that my parchment paper was starting to brown when broiling. I would not grill longer than suggested if I used parchment paper and I would look VERY carefully.
Remove from oven and let rest cooked pork chops in oven for 3 minutes, then sprinkle with remaining c. Parsley tea.
