The other day, I took a step that, in my opinion, was just a dream. I had a hard time losing weight all my life until I found that keto. (…) As an overweight person, "the fat child", all their life, I am finally happy to be considered "normal". It is the lowest that I have been in my adult life.

More than 80 lbs lost in less than 7 months
For anyone who reads this and who is just starting out, it can be done! When I started, I weighed more 300lbs and had many cases of dieting, weight loss and finally receding. I finally strove to reach my goal of weighing what I did best at the age of 19. Keto helped me do this by allowing me to not feel constantly hungry or lazy when I eat with a caloric deficit.
I think I still have some way to go, so after today, I will set a new goal of 194, bringing my BMI back to normal.
